Antelope Valley Symphony Orchestra Strings Academy

The AVSO Strings Academy a free music program run by Antelope Valley College, its auxiliary organization the Antelope Valley Symphony Orchestra and Master Chorale, in partnership with Westside Union School District, and Cottonwood Elementary School.  It provides the following at no charge:

Students playing instruments

• Instrument loan for the duration of the program
• Group instruction and large ensembles led by AVSO musicians
• Opportunities to perform at school meetings, AVSO concerts, and other venues
